Hypnosis (hypnotherapy) is an alternated state of awareness in which there is a heightened receptiveness to ideas and understandings and an increased willingness to respond either positively to those ideas. It focuses on internal attention and eliminate distraction. Apple Wang Hypnosis helps you to enter a deeply relaxed hypnotic state that you will feel wonderful and fully loved at the end of each hypnotherapy session and it assists you to regain your ability to fall in L.O.V.E. with life again.


Fall in L.O.V.E. is an easy and natural hypnosis healing process that everybody is capable to participate and can benefit from.


The hypnotic state is a deeply relaxed state in which you are fully aware of all your surroundings, you can hear, sense, and feel everything. This is an altered state of awareness that allows to feel really good about yourself.


Hypnotherapy can be used in most people unless diagnosed with certain mental illness, such as schizophrenia or multiple personality disorder.  Please consult your family doctor or GP or your health professional before engaging in hypnotherapy services. 


Hypnosis is easy. Everybody goes into hypnosis at least twice a day before falling asleep and after awake if not every 60 minutes. The hypnotic state is a natural response that we enter and exit all the times.

Everybody can be hypnotised. If you can fall asleep, you can be hypnotised. Though some people are easier to be hypnotised and others take longer to be hypnotised. As long as you stay open and curious and not trying to block the process. You can be hypnotised. 


No. You are not controlled nor manipulated during a hypnosis session. Hypnosis is helping you to develop control over your own mind more easily.


Although hypnotherapy is referred to alternative medicine, this is not scientifically correct. Hypnotherapy is in fact the very first medicine that mankind has been exploiting way before modern civilisation. 


No, hypnosis is not asleep. You may close your eyes for a period of time. But you will not be sleeping. 95% of hypnotised people are aware of their surroundings. In fact, you will have a heightened sense of focus. It is like comparing laser beam (hypnosis) to a light bulb (wakeful alertness).


FALSE. 95% people will be aware of what is happening during your hypnosis sessions. It is normal. In fact, we actually want your conscious mind to be present so that you can make sense of the healing and help to integrate the information, wisdom and insight coming through.


FALSE. Hypnosis is for most people, particularly for those who are curious, open, creative, imaginative, motivated to make positive changes, ready to do the work and willing to go. 


FALSE. Hypnotized people are NOT mindless automations subject to the bidding of the hypnotist. It’s extremely difficult to get a hypnotized person to do anything against their moral principles.


FALSE. Positive response to hypnotic suggestions is often called hypnotisability or suggestibility. This ability varies from person to person. Individually, subjects with high degree of suggestibility can respond to some suggestions but not others. In addition, there are different degrees of trance. The brain starts with the full awake state, which is the beta wave zone. It then proceeds to a relaxation state, alpha wave is present in this state. This is where the hypnosis work begins. Many will enter the theta state to allow a deeper level of trance and subconscious to surface.


FALSE. Research shows that after receiving training (e.g., to increase positive expectancies and motivations) and meditation practice, many low-suggestible individuals can become categorised as highly-suggestible.


a. It is possible to use hypnosis to recover memories, but there is no guarantee of success. 

b. Past memories, past lives and soul memories are the realm of the subconscious mind.

c. The whole point of Hypnosis is to access the RESOURCES of the subconscious mind. Hypnosis techniques are the best, if not the only way to recover lost memories!

d. However, memories are extremely FRAGILE, and not necessarily a representation of the “truth.” Memories are strongly influenced by your age and emotional state at the time of the experience.

e. If a memory is not readily available, there may be a reason the subconscious mind is hiding it from conscious awareness.


FALSE.   

a. If you have fallen asleep, you have been hypnotised. 

b. Hypnosis is a natural process (trance state) that we enter on a daily basis all the times. Such as daydreams, crying when watching a movie, seeing stuff during meditation, before falling asleep and before fully awake.


MAYBE.

b. Most behaviour change is going to require more dedication and persistence to produce lasting results. It is sensible to prepare to commit to an average 4 - 8 sessions to make the required changes.
